使用法

1. PTH-アミノ酸混合標準品の容器に移動相2.0mlを加え、完全に溶解する。(各PTH-アミノ酸の濃度は10nmol/mlとなる。)

2. 必要量をHPLCに注入し(10μl注入の場合、PTH-アミノ酸は各々100pmolとなる。)標準クロマトグラムを作成する。

用途 PTH-アミノ酸の同定又は定量用標準液。
